Relationships
It can be easy to feel like you’re the only one having relationship challenges or to assume that if things are hard, it’s time to end it. Being exposed to different relationship models and witnessing the experience of others can help shine a light on what you want (as opposed to what you’ve been told you should want).

Kim attended Danette’s self-marriage workshop and it was a game-changer. Also, Danette’s laugh is the BEST. That alone is a reason to listen.

We love everything Esther creates, but if you’re new to her work we suggest starting here. It’s a fascinating look into how couples therapy works.
Emotions
We grew up with a stepfather who’s a psychologist, so we’re used to talking about feelings all the time. That said, it’s amazing how much we still have to learn! We’re particularly fascinated by how to manage anxiety and depression (two things Kim has struggled with), as well as the gifts of “negative” emotions.

We are huge Brené Brown fans so it’s hard to pick our fave format, but the beauty of her podcast is that you get to hear her take on a variety of topics.
